How to Shape a Baguette

So here is what my mom and I made today.  French bread is amazing.  Ours are perfectly shaped.
(No, not really.)
We decided we would actually learn the proper technique for shaping a baguette.

Next time we make French bread, it is going to be much better.
I'll post pictures so you can see our before and after.

My New Business

Hi, my name is Mr. Mustache.  I am passionate about mustaches and baking bread.  I am preparing to embark on my first business ever.  Part of starting a new business is having a great product.  I do.   My bread is amazing.  It is complex, yummy, and slightly sweet.  It is really good bread.
Another way of preparing for my new business is studying the work of other bakers.  My mom's favorite baker is James Beard.  I read his book, Beard on Bread.  He grew up making bread.  He was the baker for his family and kneaded the bread by hand.  Store bought bread is low quality, but Beard says that people still buy it because they can't imagine a world without bread.  There is no need to settle for low quality bread.  Learn to make it.  If I can do it, you can too.  But if you are interested, I--Mr. Mustache--can be your personal baker.

Right now I am making one type of bread. It is a whole-wheat loaf.  It tastes very good fresh out of the oven.  It also makes really great toast.  My family loves it.  I am selling it for $5 a loaf.
