The Wall of Mr. Mustache

I am a family baker, making good tasting artisan bread that appeals to your eyes and your mouth.  Each loaf is important.  I would rather sell to twenty customers and make bread well, then sell to a hundred customers and be like a grocery store.  

I have appreciated your patience with me as I learn to be a good baker.  Thank you for your enthusiasm for Mr. Mustache bread.  I like my customers.  In an effort to get to know you better and to thank you for your role in making Mr. Mustache an exceptional experience, I am starting “The Wall of Mustache.”  Each week I will honor one customer.  They will have their picture on the Wall and will receive a free loaf of Mr. Mustache bread. 







The ladies of Farm Union have been great customers.  They have always helped me find the person that my order goes to.  I've always been able to sell my extra bread there and I have made some good friends.  These ladies are great!

Barb is a great customer because she is consistent, understanding, and fun.  Barb is consistent because she orders one or two loaves of bread each week.  I know she is very understanding.  Once, I forgot to add salt to her sourdough.  I emailed her saying I had ruined her bread!  She wrote back and said it was ok.  It was a very nice email.  Barb is fun because she tries all my different breads.  I think Classic Whole Wheat is her family's favorite.  Thanks, Barb, for being a good customer.

Erica and Chris are the first to be honored.  I didn’t choose them because of their cute baby.  (Ok, maybe I did.)  I choose Chris and Erica because they are faithful customers who got excited about my good quality bread.  Their favorite Mr. Mustache bread is the Cowboy Cheddar.  They even tried the pressed sandwich I suggested on a blog post.  Chris and Erica are really nice people.  Thank you for being great customers and enjoy your Cowboy Cheddar!
